Bộ khuếch đại Duplomatic EDM-M252/30E0-B

Bộ khuếch đại Duplomatic EDM-M* là bộ khuếch đại kỹ thuật số để điều khiển van tỷ lệ vòng hở, để lắp đặt trên thanh ray DIN EN 50022.

Là dạng thẻ cung cấp dòng điện cho cuộn dây điện từ theo tín hiệu tham chiếu và không phụ thuộc vào sự thay đổi nhiệt độ hoặc trở kháng tải. Thẻ có sẵn các phiên bản để điều khiển một van điện từ đơn (M1), van điện từ kép (M2) hoặc hai van điện từ đơn (M3) bằng hai kênh độc lập.

Tín hiệu tham chiếu là tín hiệu tương tự (điện áp hoặc dòng điện). Mỗi phiên bản có sẵn với cài đặt dòng điện tối đa và tần số chuyển đổi (PWM) khác nhau, được tối ưu hóa theo van có liên quan. Chỉ thiết lập thẻ thông qua phần mềm, thông qua cổng micro USB trên bo mạch.

Bảng điều khiển phía trước chứa đèn LED để chẩn đoán và vận hành thẻ cũng như cổng micro-USB để kết nối với phần mềm EDM40-SmartManager  để chẩn đoán và/hoặc cấu hình.

EDM-M*/40*-A được cấu hình để kích hoạt bên ngoài: bộ khuếch đại được được cấp nguồn nhưng không hoạt động và sẽ cung cấp dòng điện cho van chỉ khi tín hiệu kích hoạt nhận được từ bên ngoài (PLC) là hiện tại. Tín hiệu cho phép được mong đợi ở chân 12.

Phiên bản này cung cấp thời gian phản hồi nhanh hơn vì nó loại bỏ thời gian khởi tạo khi bật nguồn. Kích hoạt bên ngoài có thể là hủy kích hoạt theo tham số.

Trên EDM-M*/40*-B, chân 12 nhân đôi tín hiệu nguồn điện 9 ÷32V từ chân 1 nên nó hoạt động như nguồn cấp phụ.

Kích hoạt là nội bộ. Đây là cài đặt không thể chỉnh sửa và tương thích ngược với các thẻ lỗi thời EDM-M sê-ri 20.

Bộ khuếch đại công suất với dòng điện được điều khiển bằng tín hiệu đầu vào tương tự cho ba ứng dụng khác nhau:

M1: điều khiển 1 van tỷ lệ điện từ đơn (ví dụ: van tiết lưu, áp suất, hướng.)

M2: điều khiển 1 van tỷ lệ điện từ kép (ví dụ: định hướng)

M3: điều khiển 2 van tỷ lệ điện từ đơn, thông qua 2 các kênh độc lập.

▪ Dòng điện đến điện từ được điều khiển vòng kín, do đó độc lập với nguồn cung cấp và điện trở điện từ.

▪ Các thông số có thể lập trình qua phần mềm: đường dốc, tần số PWM, run lên.

Chức năng giám sát:

▪ Giai đoạn đầu ra được theo dõi sự cố đứt cáp, ngắn mạch

bằng chứng mạch và vô hiệu hóa giai đoạn nguồn trong trường hợp có lỗi

▪ Giám sát lỗi đối với đầu vào analog hiện tại

Thẻ này được thiết kế cho nguồn điện từ 9 đến 32 V DC (24 V thông thường) cung cấp. Nguồn điện này phải tương ứng với EMC hiện tại tiêu chuẩn. Tất cả các điện cảm ở cùng một nguồn điện (rơle, van) phải được cung cấp bảo vệ quá điện áp (biến trở hoặc điốt tự do).

Nên sử dụng nguồn điện quy định (tuyến tính hoặc chế độ chuyển mạch) cho nguồn cung cấp thẻ và cho các cảm biến.
