Measures temperatures of solids, liquids or gases (asphalt, soil, water, air conditioning, etc.). Easy-to-read dial head. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion. External pointer reset. Strong, clear glass protects pointer and graduations. Sensor is a bi-metal helix-coil located in the bottom 2” of the stem. Accurate to within ±1% of full scale. Protected against temperatures above or below the range of the thermometer (50% over-range or under-range allowable on instruments with ranges up to and including 160°F; 10% allowable for higher temperature ranges). 3” Dial – pointed tip. Mounting nut with 1/2” pipe threads.
